Our PROCESS
We work independently consulting regularly.
A simple five step process, smooths your path to success.
1. Establish A Brief
The first stage of any project is to establish your needs and outline a brief. This usually involves a face-to-face meeting or a phone call.
2. PROVIDE A QUOTE
Once we understand your specific requirements, we’ll send you a no obiligation quotation with an approximate lead time and payment terms.
3. AGREE A TIMELINE
If commissioned, we’ll work to an agreed timeline and set of project milestones. Each giving you the opportunity to provide us with feedback and direction.
4. CONSULT REGULARLY
Throughout the process we’ll work with you closely, consulting regularly by email and proceeding or making changes accordingly.
5. FINAL APPROVAL
When complete, the project will be submitted to you for final approval. Any further tweaks or changes can be made by request.
We usually require a deposit of 25% to begin work, with the balance due on completion. Some print work may need to be paid in advance.
